ACi is also committed to further providing Clients with timely on-going fit-out support and project-back-up to rectify any problematic issues that may arise. We also advise Clients of any building issues that may be Landlord or Body Corporate responsibilities and mitigate unnecessary costs that would otherwise be attributed to the tenant or Occupier.
 
All our Contractors / tradespersons are fully licenced, totally professional and totally knowledgeable in their respective fields. We continually seek to advantage our Clients with trade solutions that are project 'economically and expediantly' viable....adding to the success of each fitout.
 
We guarantee our associates, contractors and consultants have in place all the relevant professional indemnities, company insurances, Workcover and OH&S policies before they start your project. Be assured, all these are documented and lodged immediately with the Building Managers and or relevant Owner Body Corporates prior to your project start.
 
The ACi Advantage benefits Clients with exceptional preliminary services such as the project initial design brief and time putting the project together before you commit. ACi include fit-out processes such as project analysis, dilapidation reports, especially at the time you are looking for your new premise to lease or to buy.
 
Your project receives a full warranty on the project's quality (new fit-out works, materials and workmanship) for the entire term of the Clients' original lease agreement. Additional manufacturers warranties on other fitout items, such as newly purchased office furniture are valid from the final project handover date and carry their own warranty periods pending on the desired quality and expenditure the Client requests from the start. Specific warranties are all stipulated clearly in writing in the original agreed scope of works contract for our Clients.

East Village is Sydney’s “one-of-a-kind” revolutionary retail and lifestyle experiences. This integrated commercial and retail space development was a unique and inspirational project that many fit-out and construction companies were reluctant to undertake due to the degree of difficulty of joinery processes on and off site, and due to the construction time frame stipulated to complete.
 
Our partnered Joinery Company, Rest Interiors, completed the arduous task of the project's manufacturing processes, in house, in their 7000m2 state-of-the-art joinery shop here in Sydney. They had immediately acquired the services of ACi to assist in the further massive task of on-site installations being almost 3000m2 of public common space within the east Village ground floor complex. The detailed CNC plywood ceiling panels and sub-structure installs including all components (as shown in photos above) for their Client, Dasco Builders and main Developer Payce was delivered with exceptional speed, worksmanship and ingenuity expressed by and through all our team members. Congratulations to all for a truly remarkable effort.
 
Our combined dedication and skill-set had diligently delivered the overall desired aestheic part of the landmark project to enable the develpoer Payce take out the prestigious 2015 NSW Urban Taskforce Development of the Year Award for Excellence.
